To use Internet Config to set options

1. On the Edit menu, choose Options.
2. Select the Use Internet Config Settings check box located in the lower-left portion of the Options dialog box.
3. To set the Internet Config settings, click IC Settings.

• Internet Config is a freeware system extension that allows applications to share the same preferences. You can add your e-mail address, news information, and Helper configuration information into Internet Config once, instead of in each of your Internet applications. • Click the News button on the tool bar.

• Internet Explorer will use the News helper application you've specified in your Internet Config helper applications settings.

• Click the Mail button on the tool bar.

• Internet Explorer will use the Mail helper application you've specified in your Internet Config helper applications settings.
